Digital downloads arrive immediately after purchase. Portrait, printed and bespoke products show their individual preparation time before checkout.

Do I need Canva Pro?

No. The editable templates are designed to work with a free Canva account unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

What happens after I buy a digital game?

Payhip will show your protected download page immediately and email your access link for later.

Can you draw portraits for another template?

Usually, yes. Send the template dimensions and the number of characters needed before ordering so compatibility can be confirmed.

How long do custom and printed orders take?

Cartoon portraits normally take up to 10 working days after we receive usable images. Printed and bespoke card projects normally take two to four weeks; rush options may be available by prior agreement.

Can I still buy through Etsy?
