These terms apply when you buy a Childish Canveeno product or commission bespoke work. Childish Canveeno is an independent business established in the United Kingdom. We are not VAT registered. The product page and checkout will show the product, full price, currency, delivery method and any product-specific conditions before payment.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use unless the listing expressly includes a different licence. You may print and personalise the files for your own household or event, but you may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the templates or editable links.
Editable templates
Listings explain the required software and included formats. Most editable products use Canva and are designed for a free Canva account unless stated otherwise. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly between screens, printers and materials.
Custom and personalised work
You are responsible for supplying suitable, lawful reference material and confirming that you have permission to use it. Cartoon portrait orders normally take up to 10 working days from receipt of all usable images and information. Printed or bespoke card projects normally take two to four weeks. Customer delays, requested changes and unusually complex work may affect these estimates. Rush production and expedited shipping may be available only where confirmed in writing before payment.
Intellectual property
Childish Canveeno retains copyright and other intellectual-property rights in its original templates, artwork and design systems unless a written agreement says otherwise. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of those rights.
Customer-supplied content
You confirm that content you provide does not infringe another person’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights. We may decline a project that uses protected branding, unsafe material or content we reasonably believe cannot be used lawfully.
Problems and liability
Please contact us promptly if a product is faulty, damaged, not delivered or materially different from its description. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights.
Prices and taxes
We do not add UK VAT to our prices because Childish Canveeno is not VAT registered. A marketplace or payment platform may calculate applicable destination taxes or charges; the total payable will be shown at checkout.
