Instant digital downloads
Payhip normally provides the download page immediately after checkout and emails an access link. Check your spam folder and the email address used at checkout before contacting us. Download links and editable Canva links must not be shared.
Digital cancellation and refunds
Digital downloads are not refundable simply because you change your mind after access or downloading has begun, provided you gave prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that this would end your 14-day cancellation right. If supply has not begun, any applicable cancellation right remains. This does not affect your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Cartoon portraits
Cartoon portrait orders normally take up to 10 working days after we receive all usable images and the information needed to begin. We will contact you if an image is unsuitable. The order or quote will explain any included revisions and approval stage.
Personalised and bespoke products
Change-of-mind cancellation rights generally do not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Printed and bespoke card projects normally take two to four weeks once the brief, payment and usable materials are complete. Customer delays or agreed revisions may extend the schedule. Rush production or expedited delivery is available only where our team confirms it in writing. Your rights remain if an item is faulty, damaged or not as agreed.
Non-personalised physical goods
For eligible non-personalised goods ordered online, you normally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel and a further 14 days to return them. Items must be handled only as necessary to inspect them. Unless an item is faulty or misdescribed, you are responsible for the return cost. We refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within the period required by law.
Where we ship
Eligible physical orders can be shipped to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery charges and estimated transit times are confirmed before payment. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Expedited shipping shortens transit time but does not automatically shorten production time.
Report a problem or cancel
Email hello@childishcanveeno.com with your order number, the email address used to order, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant. We aim to respond within three working days. Please do not return a physical item until return instructions have been provided.
Cancellation notice
If a cancellation right applies, you can email us with the subject “Cancellation notice” and include your name, order number, the product, order date, delivery date where applicable, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt.
Nothing on this page removes the consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
